The Greenhouse Academy, a Netflix original show that came out in 2017, is about two siblings named Haley and Alex whose mother had died a few months before, causing them to enroll in the Greenhouse Academy. The show is full of drama between characters including relationships and the popular group who think they’re better than everyone else.

There are secrets and mysteries between the students and staff at Greenhouse. The storyline of each episode gets more and more enticing. Each episode is full of suspense and drama that  keeps you on the edge of your seat.

The main storyline of the show revolves around a plan to take over something intended to prevent earthquakes and was put into the wrong hands after Haley and Alex’s mother died. In each episode you find out exactly what the devious plot is and flashbacks of how that plot began to take place.

There are students who find out about the devious plot and attempt to find ways to prevent  putting everyone in danger. These students come together despite their differences and have to put aside their differences to stop this plan from coming into fruition.

The show is produced by Netflix and has received mixed reviews, but IMDB seemed to give the show a 7.8 out of 10. Most reviewers said the show is amazing. So far the show has two seasons, with the first season coming out in 2017 and the second season in 2018.

All signs point to the Greenhouse Academy being renewed for a season three because of the big cliffhanger at the end where Haley was trying to choose between two boys, Leo or Daniel leaving fans eager to know who she chooses.

If you need any recommendations for any Netflix shows, I would recommend  check this one out. If you enjoy shows full of drama and suspense, you might just enjoy the Greenhouse Academy.
